FINALLY!!!
well after two or three emails with no answer, i emailed the director of online services for usfs.org. i heard back from her the next day. heres what she had to say:

Ryan did not make the U.S. Figure Skating national team based on his 2005-06 season (only “national team” members are on the site). His assignment to Skate America last week, however, moved him on to the national team. He will be added in due time.

so i emailed her back asking her why ryan was put on the team for skate america in the first place. not that im complaining, im just curious. so when and if i hear back about that i will post! will also be keeping an eye out for ryans bio to appear on usfs.org again.

I think I read on the USFS site that they invite the top 10 Amrican skaters to Skate America, or something like that. It might be that because certain Amricans like Johnny and Sasha and Belbin & Agosto aren't there, Ryan moved up.

Isn't that odd that Skate America and USFS seem to operate seperately from one another? Weirdness...
